Graham Russell

Graham brings more than 40 years of rail infrastructure development to Rayl. A former director at Wabtec Control Systems and Hitachi, he has led large-scale transportation programs across the Asia-Pacific region at the most senior technical and commercial levels.

His track record covers the full program lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through delivery and operations, across Australia's most significant rail environments. He holds the technical and commercial authority at program leadership level.

Claire Pierce

Claire is an experienced executive and board director with a decade of leadership in the transport sector, preceded by senior roles in B2B technology and financial services. She brings a rare combination of governance rigour and operational depth to Rayl's engagements.

Her background across transport, technology, and commercial strategy gives Rayl engagements a rigour that holds at board level, across program governance, operational structure, and strategic decision-making.

Shane Hingst

Shane Hingst

Shane has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of sales, engineering, and entrepreneurship across technology and transportation. His expertise covers product management, strategic sales, and the delivery of innovative solutions in technically complex environments.

At Rayl, he leads the commercial practice and the firm's AI intelligence capability, built in partnership with DHI AI. He brings the commercial credibility and technology fluency that rail clients need as AI governance requirements take hold across the sector.
